Congratulations to Erin Rogers of North Garland H S in Garland, who won the prestigious Kathryn and Ashley H. Priddy Young Scientist Award at the 2008 Beal Bank Dallas Regional Science & Engineering Fair. She received a summer research fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and will have the opportunity to assist with ongoing experimentation in a laboratory at the center. The research stipend is funded by the Southwestern Medical Foundation.
