Human subject experiments require IRB (Institutional Review Board) pre-approval.
If needed, you should form an IRB at your school. Risk assement guidelines.   
        Warning ! The #1 reason for disqualification is lack of IRB pre-approval !
Hazardous experiments require SRC (Scientific Review Committee) pre-approval.  Use this SRC guide to
        determine if approval is needed; if so, mail/email copies of forms to your ISD representative, else DRSEF.
Warning ! Use of biological agents (even Biosafety Level-1) is prohibited at home !
